True North Attitude #1

Our Van Life Adventures in 2019

Our first year on the road, from the waterfalls of Iceland to the canyons and deserts of the American Southwest. We rode the old mining roads around Durango and Animas Forks, crept down the Moki Dugway, stood at the edge of the Grand Canyon, and camped our way through the Mojave to the Salton Sea, learning van life one lesson at a time. 108 pages.

True North Attitude #2

Our Van Life Adventures in 2020

A winter run along the southern coast, chasing warm weather from the beaches of South Carolina through Florida's springs and rivers, the Louisiana bayou, and Galveston to the wide-open sand of Padre Island National Seashore. From there we headed inland to Big Bend and the Arizona desert, 2,343 miles from home, with our resident van dog along for the ride. 128 pages.

True North Attitude #3

Our Van Life Adventures in 2021 and 2022

Our biggest issue yet starts close to home in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, with lighthouses, the Soo Locks, Tahquamenon Falls, and the Keweenaw, then heads west through the Badlands to the high trails of Colorado. A wildfire, a broken heater, and an early winter sent us south through the Ozarks and along the Gulf Coast, ending among the red rock of the Valley of the Gods. 204 pages.

True North Attitude #4

Our Boating Adventures in 2021 - 2023

We traded four wheels for a hull. This issue follows our first years aboard Blue Wander, our Nordic Tug, from splashing her for the first time and learning to cruise, to working our way up the Atlantic coast through Georgia's barrier islands, Savannah, Charleston, and the ICW to Norfolk. Along the way we met the people who taught us how to live aboard. 132 pages.
