A Sandwich with a Story: Our waitress noted that this menu creation is modeled after the Primanti Brothers world famous speciality. A sandwich designed for the very early morning crowd as both breakfast and lunch roiled into one meal. The creation starts with toasted Italian bread and is filled with meat, sliced tomatoes, coleslaw, French fries, cheese and a fried egg. We shared this unexpected combination sans meat at our last lunch stop on the GAP trail.
